Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Ranksphere workspace you ("Customer") agree to these Terms with Ranksphere("we", "us"). If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Ranksphere is a software-as-a-service local SEO platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your internal business and client-service operations.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping credentials secure.
You must not abuse the service, reverse-engineer it, resell it without authorization, or use it to violate any law.
You must not use Ranksphere to spam, harass, or post inauthentic reviews.
You must comply with the Google Business Profile API Terms and the underlying Google policies whenever you connect a Google account.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect. You grant us a license to process that data solely to deliver the service. We process personal data per our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew monthly or annually as selected.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. AI-generated content

Ranksphere uses AI to generate explanations, suggested actions, draft review replies, and other content. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it or publishing it.AI explanations are framed as "likely factors" — not guarantees. Ranksphere is not liable for ranking outcomes that arise from acting on AI recommendations.

7. Third-party services

Connecting third-party services (Google Business Profile, scan providers, email senders, payment processor) is at your discretion and subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data quality issues originating from those services.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach (including abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms or Google policies). On termination, your data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost rankings, lost revenue, or lost reviews.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of laws principles.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify workspace owners by email of any material change. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
